Terms & Conditions

_♡ Project Planning ♡
○ Before we start please compile any references you have (characters, poses, backgrounds, colors, etc) and send them to me, this helps the project go by much smoother. ○♡ Payment ♡
○ All payments are in USD through PayPal or Ko-Fi and communication in English through Discord or E-mail. You are free to send a friend request on Discord if there's no other way to contact me. ○○ For payment you can choose to pay 50% upfront and 50% after lineart completion or 100% upfront. If there is a different payment plan you'd like it can be discussed, everyone budgets differently. ○♡ Revisions ♡
○ You can request any changes during the sketching process, that's what the sketching process is for. ○○ 3 or more revision sessions are subject to a fee depending on complexity, I understand revisions are necessary but excessive and tedious changes become time consuming. ○○ Once the sketch has been completed and approved, no more changes will be made unless the fault is mine for which it will be corrected. ○♡ Refunds ♡
○ Refunds are only applicable in the case that I cannot complete the piece, or if the sketch process is going terribly. If I've already worked on the lineart you will not be subject to a refund, but you will have your piece finished. ○♡ Posting Rights ♡
○ Any work I do (unless specified by client) can be posted by me anywhere. If you want your piece to be private you'll need to communicate that. ○○ Client can post their commissioned pieces wherever they like, credit is nice but not necessary- just don't claim you made the artwork yourself. ○♡ Commercial Use ♡
○ Commercial Use prices for if you plan on making money with the artwork or posting them in a place that benefits you monetarily ○○ Streaming assets are automatically Commercial Use (This includes Emotes, Backgrounds, Logos, Banners) The exceptions are if it's a platform you make 0 monetary gain on ○♡
○ I would prefer if clients didn't edit their commissioned piece(s) (aside from cropping, resizing, and anything else that suits their needs) but that is only a personal preference and clients can do what they like with their commissioned piece(s). ○○ Any attempt at ghosting or scamming will result in a blacklist and report, if there is an issue please communicate it as early as possible. ○
